Joe has written numerous magazine articles, and many of his publications are distributed worldwide.

As well as being a Panel Member of the SAA, Joe is also a highly regarded TV presenter, and is also featured on the Artists Network TV channel , and gives watercolour painting demonstrations and presentations at many art seminars throughout the year.
