Artist’s Statement:
Art for me is comfort of my heart through my eyes. My art is interpretations of my deepest thoughts and my strongest desires. It is my voice to express my observations and experiences through paintings rather than spoken. I paint my observations in the environment and particularly, the mother nature. My medium of work is oil paint with knife and I create thick layers of paint and texture for my art pieces. I paint landscapes which I personally observe and, in my painting, I highlight the colors and effects of light onto the raw wood panels and on the canvases through impasto technique.
