I am Wajeeha Shaikh and I was born in Hyderabad, Pakistan in 1998 I am a fresh graduate from Shaheed Allah Buksh Soomro University of Art, Design and Heritages, Jamshoro formerly known as CEAD I had chosen to specialize in miniature painting Belonging to a family that supports and encourages everyone to complete their education it was my personal choice to pursue Fine Arts as my field My work focuses on traditional techniques with a touch of contemporary art.

Change is the theme of my work As time passes things and objects that are considered normal change For example, the objects our ancestors used are replaced by new modern accessories and equipment Even though, the equipment and ways through which our ancestors lived life are still precious to us, but the new materials and techniques are much more useful and easy I have combined both the past and present in a single
